Ham and Macaroni Provençal

There are many ways to create this recipe using various meats such as kielbasa, salami, smoked pork or sausages. We had some leftover baked ham so we chose it for our recipe.

Ham & Macaroni Provençal Recipe

Ham & Macaroni Provençal
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 ½ cups cubed ham
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of marjoram
  1. Cook macaroni just until Al dente. Drain well. Butter casserole dish. Place ham cubes in bottom of casserole. Top with cooked pasta. Break egg on top of pasta and fold into mixture blending all together with the addition of salt, pepper and marjoram.
  2. Bake at 400·º just until lightly browned and set.
