Ham & Macaroni Provençal
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 ½ cups cubed ham
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of marjoram
  1. Cook macaroni just until Al dente. Drain well. Butter casserole dish. Place ham cubes in bottom of casserole. Top with cooked pasta. Break egg on top of pasta and fold into mixture blending all together with the addition of salt, pepper and marjoram.
  2. Bake at 400·º just until lightly browned and set.
